Cache Valley Shoots Can Have Weird Weather
Spring weather in Cache Valley can be a bit tricky. Sometimes it is quite warm and other times it is chilly! Keep an eye on the weather as we get closer to your session date so you know how to dress for the weather. Keeping your kids comfortable during photos is a huge part of keeping them engaged and happy. Layers are your friend for spring photos! Bring cute cardigans and jackets that your kids can throw on if they start getting cold or take off if they get too hot.

Spring in Cache Valley is full of so many fun colors! Purple lilacs, pink blossoms, yellow wildflowers. It's one of the best reasons to do family pictures in the spring! The blooms and colors add so much to your photos. One of my biggest tips for spring sessions is to consider the background colors you will have in your photos. Choose clothing colors that will compliment your background colors. If you're not sure what colors would look nice, start out with some neutrals! Whites, creams, and grays go with just about any background! You can also just start finding outfits you love and then ask yourself if that color would look okay with the scenery.

I always recommend choosing mom's outfit first! This way you can feel confident and beautiful in what you are wearing. Take a look in your closet or go out shopping to find something you love. Spring is a great time to wear fun dresses with some cute sandals or booties. Add some accessories to help your outfit feel complete.
